Event registration

Event registration takes place on Luma. Information you share there is subject to Luma’s privacy policy. Organizers may use registration information to coordinate the event and provide the event services you choose.

Private community directories

Attendee details are not published on public event pages. Private event directories are available through a shared link and include eligible attendees who opt in. Anyone with that link may be able to view the directory, so share only information you are comfortable making available to fellow attendees.

Email and preferences

You can choose whether to receive community emails or appear in a directory. Email messages include an unsubscribe option. Changing your preferences does not cancel an event registration.

Photos and content

This site includes photographs from club events. To request a correction or removal, contact the organizer through the relevant event page on Luma.
